Course Overview

This programme is for you if you already have an understanding of project management concepts, you have responsibility for creating and modifying project plans, and who you need a tool to manage those project plans. It will enhance your skills and knowledge in using Project and will give you the opportunity to work with a project plan once it has entered the project implementation phase.

You will learn how to exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create custom reports, and reuse project plan information
