Course Overview

A course designed to explain the concepts, features and facilities of Microsoft Project. Delegates will learn how to identify, manage and organise tasks and the resources needed to complete a project, whilst keeping an eye on costs and time.

This 'hands-on' course is designed to lead delegates through the important features of Microsoft Project. Delegates will learn how to use this excellent tool in the planning, organisation and management of both tasks and resources under the constraints of time and cost to achieve a final project target.

On completion of this Microsoft training course, delegates will be more proficient in Project skills
