Trainingisn't always about formal 'classroom' courses and a lot of training for standard work processes can be carried out "in-house" using experienced workers, but they must be clear on the latest legislation and guidelines to ensure that all the correct practices and procedures are in place. Delegates will learn how to identifyand record risk assessments, set H and S objectives, carry out accident investigations, as well as how to ensurethat adequate information, supervision and training is made available to employees. Certain Health and Safety training must be carried out by external training providers, such as First Aid, delegates wanting Health and Safety certification/s i.e. IOSH , NEBOSH , CIEH , IFSM CITB , construction workers, fire safety etc. These can be delivered on site at your premises, or through one of our public Instructor Led classroom courses.
