This course covers all aspects of administering HP ALM 12 implementation. From the Site Admin utility through to project customisation and workflow, delegates will gain a thorough and detailed understanding of ALM admin. Best practices are covered, including how to maintain ALM projects, how to resolve typical day-to-day issues and how to implement user requests.
Delegates will be provided with practical demonstrations and opportunities to practice newly learned administration and customisation techniques within ALM.

Anyone new to ALM Administration, or those people who are upgrading from previous versions of Test Director or Quality Center. Delegates should already be familiar with the ALM interface.

Custom fields, custom look-up lists, making fields mandatory, turning on history for fields, defining Requirement types, editing RBQM constants
