How to Book your Course

Three Easy Steps

1. Reserve Your Place

Enquire either online or over the phone by telephoning the number above. We check availabilityand you can even reserve a place on the course without commitment.

2. Confirm Your Booking

Once availability has been confirmed, CourseMonster will send you a quotation email detailingthe specific course, date and location you have enquired about. Providing you are happy, all youneed to do is click the confirmation link in the email to reserve your place.Within this email youcan access our booking system to confirm your details and your place on the course.

3. Receive Your Joining Instructions

Joining Instructions will be emailed to you two weeks before the start date of the course,containing start/finishing times, venue details, the training course outline and any other relevantinformation such as directions to the course as well as any other important details

Paying For Your Course

When you confirm your place on a course we will issue you with an invoice. Paymentmust be received 14 days from invoice date or before the course commences, whichever issoonest.

CourseMonster accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Electronic Funds transfer (BACS)
  • Debit Card (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro, Switch)
  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex) (add 2% processing fee, 3.6% for Amex)
  • Personal or company cheque

Booking Terms


If full payment is not received, attendance at the course will not be permitted. Government taxis added to the invoice and charged at the appropriate rate on all fees and charges. If you fail tomake any payment when due we reserve the right to levy a late payment charge calculated at the rateof 10% per month accruing daily from the date the invoice becomes due for payment. If payment isnot made within the specified time period, all discounted invoices will be re-invoiced at fullfee.

Substitution of Delegates

You may substitute delegates at any time, but you must let us know via email. The new delegatewill need to comply with any course prerequisites.

Date Changes to Confirmed Bookings

It is possible to change the date of your course if you let us know in writing. Charges for datechanges vary depending on how soon before course commencement you make your request.

  • 30+ working days notice: No charge.
  • 20-29 working days notice: 50% of invoiced course fee.
  • 10-19 working days notice: 75% of invoiced course fee.
  • 0-9 working days notice: 100% of invoiced course fee. Where we subsequently invoice for datechanges we issue a Transfer Invoice.

Cancellation of Confirmed Bookings

It is possible to cancel your course if you let us know in writing.

  • 30+ working days notice: 100% refund
  • 0-29 working days notice: No refund


It is your responsibility to ensure the course you book is suitable for yourself or yourdelegate. We accept no liability for delegates who are booked onto unsuitable courses.


Our liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregateliability will be the charges for the Course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. We willnot be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit ordata), howsoever arising, even if we have been advised of such potential loss.

These abbreviated terms and conditions apply in addition to our full Conditions. In the event ofany inconsistency between these abbreviated terms and the full Conditions, the full Conditionsshall prevail.
