Kelvin Durcan is the founding owner and Managing Director of CourseMonster. Having worked withinthe industry for over 14 years and holding strong experience in the internet sector acrossstrategy, marketing, sales, technical development and implementation, Kelvin has set his mission tobuild a global presence for CourseMonster.
Since launching CourseMonster, Kelvin has built the commercial organisation into a multi-millionpound business with a team spanning across Middle East, Europe and into Australasia. Prior to foundingCourseMonster, Kelvin held the position of Infrastructure Manager at AXA Investment Managers, wherehe worked with AXA France to create one of the largest technology-led Asset Management companies oftoday. Over his career he has also worked extensively with HP, IBM and Honeywell specialising inBusiness Analysis and Systems Management.
Kelvin holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Certificate.
With a background in both learning development, Tim has worked as an IT professional sinceleaving university as a mature student. Prior to joining CourseMonster, Tim worked at FunTech, aunique computer training centre for children, where he developed lesson plans and curricula forchildren aged 5 to 18, delivered training, and mentored students studying GCSE and A Levelprogramming projects.
Upon joining CourseMonster, Tim moved full time into a developer role, until being promoted toTechnical Director. He has used his skills to engage with a diverse range of IT projects fromarchitecting, designing, developing and managing product delivery, as well as leading theprogramming team to build and evolve CourseMonster's unique patent pending software system. He isresponsible for maintaining the accuracy and quality of some 15000 courses along with 50,000training dates which pass through the database systems every week.
Janet has over 25 years' experience in the IT training industry. With a successful track recordshe is a recognised leader in her field. During her career Janet has assisted organisations in boththe public and private sector in implementing unique learning solutions ranging from classroomtraining, virtual online classrooms, custom interactive multimedia, and performance supportsolutions. Janet has a strong sales management and business development background. She focuses onbusiness and identifying the impact learning can have on the operation of an organisation,providing learning solutions are embedded into tasks, roles and business processes.
She has experience in both hard skills learning initiatives such as software rollouts and softskills initiatives such as project management, ITIL and human performance management. Herexperience expands across the world where she has successfully managed teams and implementedlearning solutions in the USA, Europe and Asia for major blue chip organisation.
Rambabu Buchi, an Engineering graduate, is an experienced software professional over webtechnologies, with a career of about 8 years in total which includes, expertise in 'ProjectManagement' (3+yrs) and extensive grasp on development skills. He brings in an exceptionalcombination of multi-tasking; an unparallel proficiency in understanding the end-end projectmanagement, leading developer's teams and importantly working across on about ten projects at onetime. His excellent communications and resource management skills make him a great team player andtechnology partner to work with. He is quiet smart and efficient worker if asked to work on newtechnologies and business solutions. He holds interests in making long road trips and in the latesthe is picking up curiosity in book- reading.
