Overview
Course Introduction
This five-day course provides delegates with the chance to look at reaches to manage changes and exhibit what all principles they can apply in practice. Four core areas will be focused on which are, Changes and the Organisation, Communications and Stakeholder Assignation, Change and the Individual, and Change Management in Practice. These topics will enable the delegates to create a broad change management plan to support effective change within an organisation.

This course has no prerequisites however delegates would benefit with some basic knowledge of the organisational change before attending the course.
Outline
The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course gives delegates the opportunity to comprehensively explore current thinking on how to manage organisation change. Classroom sessions will introduce delegates to the foundation and practitioner level content of The Effective Change Manager's Handbook and provide an opportunity to test their understanding through practical group work and the use of sample examination papers. Additional evening work will be required in the form of consolidation reading and further sample examination questions. The evening work is an integral part of the course and delegates should expect to spend approximately two and half hours on these activities each evening.

The Foundation examination is:

Delegates will be provided with sample examination papers so they can text their understanding of the course material and prepare for the examinations.

Certification
FOUNDATION
The purpose of the Foundation certification is to confirm that a participant has sufficient knowledge and understanding of change management to work as an informed member of a team working on an organisational change initiative.
The Foundation course includes the Change Management Foundation Examination which consists of:
Weekday courses (In-class & Virtual attendance): Exam taken on the afternoon of day 3 of the Foundation course.
Weekend courses: Exam taken on the morning of day 1 of the Practitioner course.
PRACTITIONER
The Practitioner course includes the Change Management Practitioner Exam which consists of:
Weekday courses (In-class & Virtual attendance)/weekend courses: Exam is taken on the afternoon of Day 2 of the course, and papers sent away for scoring.
The Change Management qualification is valid for 5 years. Practitioners should re-register within 3-5 years of their original certification in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development.
