Prepare to achieve the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certifications in this training course. As a certified Change Management Practitioner, you will demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in managing change in an organisation, including how people deal with change, the different types of organisational change, and how to work with stakeholders during a change initiative.

  • The APMG Change Management Foundation exam is taken on the fourth day of class
  • Passing the Foundation exam is required to take the Practitioner exam on the fifth and final day of class

Certification

PRACTITIONER

The Practitioner course includes the Change Management Practitioner Exam which consists of:

  • Complex multiple choice based on a project scenario
  • 4 questions (20 marks each)
  • 50% pass mark (40/80)
  • 150 minutes (2.5 hour duration)
  • Open book (The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook)

Weekday courses (In-class & Virtual attendance)/weekend courses: Exam is taken on the afternoon of Day 2 of the course, and papers sent away for scoring.

The Change Management qualification is valid for 5 years. Practitioners should re-register within 3-5 years of their original certification in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development.

APMG International administers the Change Management examination scheme.
