Overview

This highly interactive Scrum Alliance course explores the inseparable concerns of work creation, work planning and benefit realisation. You will gain hands-on experience with a range of techniques used by some of the most forward-thinking and productive teams in industry today.

Format

This is a two day course (or it can be spread out over several days for a private event). All instruction is virtual. Students are assessed throughout so there is no standardised final assessment.

Audience

This course and the associated certification is appropriate for anyone who interfaces with business stakeholders and clients, or works as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum project.

Skills Gained

The aim of this course is to provide you with a deep understanding of the differences between traditional business analysis and project management approaches and the approaches advocated by the authors of the Manifesto for Agile Software Development and its proponents. The concepts are explored through hands-on simulations where you can test the ideas in a controlled environment.

Prerequisites

This course requires courage, an open mind and focus.

Thinking about Onsite?

If you need training for 3 or more people, you should ask us about onsite training. Putting aside the obvious location benefit, content can be customised to better meet your business objectives and more can be covered than in a public classroom. Its a cost effective option. One on one training can be delivered too, at reasonable rates.
