All of these abilities distinguish individuals with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ). In fact EQ is a more reliable predictor of success than intellect! Leaders with a strong mixture of emotional awareness, self-management, and social skills navigate relationships more effectively and are more likely to be successful in their professional lives. This course provides participants with an understanding of why having a high EQ is important as a leader, how to measure their own EQ and the pitfalls of having a low EQ. Participants will also receive practical, techniques for promoting EQ within the business environment.
