This instructor led offering is intended for individuals responsible for the day-to-day integration of Avaya Workforce Optimization Select. This course covers the initial deployment, configuration, and administration of Avaya Workforce Optimization Select.
This course is designed as a foundational course to be completed for those individuals attempting to earn the ACSS- 7850 - Avaya Workforce Optimization Select for Midmarket and/or the ACSS-7860 - Avaya Workforce Optimization Select for Enterprise credentials.
Delivered in a classroom with remote access to lab equipment, this offer consists of a combination of interactive instructor lectures followed by practical lab exercises. Students have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions during lectures and lab exercises.
