Course Introduction
Lean Six Sigma is a pragmatic approach that highlights the importance of focusing on delivering what the customer wants by using the skills and knowledge of the employees. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner provides the skills necessary to successfully complete DMAIC projects, including basic knowledge of planning, team problem-solving methods and improvement strategies.

Prerequisites
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course has no perquisites. Also there is no need for the candidates to have a Yellow Belt Practitioner Certification before attempting this course.
During the Green Belt Practitioner course, the participants are supposed to lead a group of Project Contributors who have knowledge of up to Yellow Belt. As such, the delegates must come to the venue with a potential Green Belt project.
Delegates are also expected to bring an idea of a potential improvement to the course.
Outline
If you need training for 3 or more people, you should ask us about onsite training. Putting aside the obvious location benefit, content can be customised to better meet your business objectives and more can be covered than in a public classroom. Its a cost effective option. One on one training can be delivered too, at reasonable rates.
