Prerequisites

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course has no perquisites. Also there is no need for the candidates to have a Yellow Belt Practitioner Certification before attempting this course.

During the Green Belt Practitioner course, the participants are supposed to lead a group of Project Contributors who have knowledge of up to Yellow Belt. As such, the delegates must come to the venue with a potential Green Belt project.

Delegates are also expected to bring an idea of a potential improvement to the course.
