Overview

Many IT providers now find themselves managing more suppliers' employees than staff of their own.  Indeed, it is argued with the increasing popularity of service integration approaches that the informatics professional of the future will need to have supplier management high on their skillset.  This course is designed to understand the complex world of selecting, managing and integrating suppliers to provide better end to end information services.

The ideal candidates are team leader / management level who own or manage supplier relationships whether in IT, business or procurement areas.

  • Introduce a brief overview of the procurement process cycle
