Overview

The course will allow the delegate to install, maintain, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. The course covers the features of e-mail and information sharing, security issues, and implementing different messaging environments.

Audience

Those who will be using and administering Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, including internal e-mail and information sharing, as well as external e-mail sources such as ISPs and other Exchange Servers.

Prerequisites

Delegates should have a good knowledge of Windows server systems, and ideally have 2008 Server Experience. They should be familiar with the concepts of Active Directory. This knowledge can be gained from our Windows Administration Server and Active Directory courses. Previous experience of e-mail systems is an advantage.
