Overview

Agile has caught the attention of business leaders in the UK and globally as a means of managing change, reducing time to market, eliminating waste and attracting and retaining customers. This two-day course trains delegates in all the key aspects of the Scrum Framework to prepare delegates to take the Professional Scrum Master I exam at Scrum.org.

This two day course provides a clear and solid insight into what Scrum is, the fundamental principles and values and gives delegates hands-on experience using Scrum. This will better enable delegates to prepare for and achieve the recognised Professional Scrum Master I Certification with Scrum.org. Achieving a Scrum Master certification will demonstrate a good understanding of the framework and exhibits a dedication to continued professional development.

Audience

The course is relevant to anyone who either is or is planning to be a Scrum Master and for others working in a Scrum environment. Delegates will have a clear and solid understanding of Scrum and how to apply it. Many group discussions and practical, hands-on exercises and case studies will verify the understanding of Scrum and enable delegates to learn with and from each other.

The Professional Scrum Master course has two associated assessments and certification:

  • Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I) and
  • Professional Scrum Master level II (PSM II).

Skills Gained

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand the origins of Agile methods

Thinking about Onsite?

If you need training for 3 or more people, you should ask us about onsite training. Putting aside the obvious location benefit, content can be customised to better meet your business objectives and more can be covered than in a public classroom. It's a cost effective option.

Submit an enquiry from any page on this site, and let us know you are interested in the requirements box, or simply mention it when we contact you.
