Overview

This course will provide a basic grounding in Windows 2008 / 2012. It will give delegates an understanding of the features and capabilities of Windows Server environment sufficient for first line support.

Audience

This course is aimed at IT technical staff responsible for evaluating or supporting Windows Server class operating systems. This includes systems and network administrators and support professionals. It is not designed for end users.

The course can be delivered for Windows Server 2008 or 2012, please specify which version you will be working with when enquiring.

Prerequisites

General computing skill are assumed and delegates are expected to be working towards a support or development role, however, previous experience with Windows Server product is not anticipated.
