This one-day workshop gives delegates some practical assistance on how to apply PRINCE2 in your own environment. Delegates will be working with a scenario within the workshop, but delegates do have the option to use their own projects during the event if appropriate.

Suitable for people looking to apply PRINCE2 project management methodology, to their projects, and who have the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. To make the most of the course, delegates should ideally be managing projects as the workshop content will be focused on getting delegates to apply PRINCE2 specifically to their own projects. Typical delegates will be project board members, project managers and project support staff.

This one-day workshop is designed for delegates who hold the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification and want some practical knowledge of how to apply the method to projects. Typically delegates will be from user perspective, management or project sponsors or project support office personnel. Delegates need to bring their copy of the PRINCE2 (Fifth Edition 2009) manual for reference. It is advised that before attending the workshop delegates refresh their knowledge of PRINCE2.
