Overview

This course teaches you how to configure, operate, and maintain core visual communication components, including Cisco TelePresence endpoints, gatekeepers, multipoint control units (MCUs), and management software. In this course, you will add Cisco TelePresence to existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CM) environments.

Audience

This course has been designed for field engineers and helpdesk personnel who support Cisco Telepresence Solutions and applications as well as end-user technical staff such as video systems engineers and administrators.

Prerequisites

Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:
