This course is intended for all those who may be concerned with planning for, implementing, or managing tape data using DFSMSrmm (a component of z/OS DFSMS). As such it is suitable for System Programmers, Storage Administrators and all those who share with them the management of the installation's data. Personnel responsible for implementing DFRMM may also find the course beneficial.
Delegates should ideally have attended our z/OS for Beginners and Storage Management Fundamentals courses, or have a similar level of knowledge or experience.
If you need training for 3 or more people, you should ask us about onsite training. Putting aside the obvious location benefit, content can be customised to better meet your business objectives and more can be covered than in a public classroom. It's a cost effective option.
