Overview

This course provides an introduction to Command Language (CL) programming for programmers. On completion of this course delegates will be able to write CL programs to be used in applications.

NOTE: The content of this course is very similar to our CL Programming for Operators and Administrators course, however emphasis is placed on writing CL programs for an application environment.

Audience

This course is for application programmers working in the iSeries/i5 environment.

Prerequisites

Ideally, delegates will have experience on other IBM systems as well as a basic understanding of iSeries.
