AgilePM Practitioner

This course is accredited by APMG-International and provides certification in Agile Project Management. Participants will learn how the Agile Project Management process can guide the planning, management and control of successful and well-organised Agile projects.

This Practitioner course follows on from the Foundation course and provides an opportunity to gain certification as an Agile Project Manager at Practitioner level.

Included in the 1.5 day Practitioner course is the Agile Project Management Practitioner Exam and a copy of the Agile Project Management (White Book) version 2, which is the only reference material that can be used in the exam. Students sit the exam on the morning of the second day.

Participants must have completed the Agile Project Management Foundation course and successfully passed the Agile Project Management Foundation exam.

Practitioner Exam

  • 2.5 hour Objective Testing Complex Multiple Choice Exam held on day 2
  • Open book (Agile Project Management Handbook v2 only)
  • 80 marks, comprising 4 questions worth 20 marks each
  • Requires 50% (40 marks) pass to attain AgilePM Practitioner Certification
  • Passing the Foundation Exam is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner Exam

Some evening work is required – approximately 2.5 hours on day 1.
