Overview

Basic Administration of Call Manager (BACM v1.0) is an ILT course which provides first and second level administrators of a Cisco Unified Communications Manager v11.0 environment with daily and routine tasks of configuration and management.

  • Understand Cisco Unified Communications Manager (v11) from a Level 1 and Level 2 support perspective.

Prerequisites

The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are:

  • Basic knowledge of IP and networking or voice networks is suggested, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of the Windows desktop environment
