Delegates must also complete a Lean Six Sigma project within their company to become certified.
Delegates who do not want to take the Lean Six Sigma route (above) can select to take theLean Programme, consisting of the following 3 courses over a total of 5 days.
Once taken this intial 5 days of training, delegates progress to the Practitioner Green Belt course. This course includes the examination, which, following the achievement of successfully leading an improvement project and submitting the relevant project documentation for accreditation, works towards the achievement of full Green Belt certification.
Once obtained the Green Belt certificate, delegates can then take the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Delegates must also complete a Lean Six Sigma project within their organisation to become certified.
