Microsoft InfoPath, one of the newest additions to the Microsoft Office suite, is a simple but effective application designed to allow non-developers to create XML forms for use in a shared workspace. Virtually anyone can design a form template, even one that’s connected to a database, an XML Schema or a Web service provided by IT personnel, and then publish it to users across the workplace—either to a shared network drive, a SharePoint Portal, or a Web service. Users, provided they have InfoPath installed on their computers, can then fill out and save, submit, or print the form. Any user can collect and merge the data from multiple forms into one, making it easy to review and analyze data from a variety of sources.

InfoPath 2013 helps participants create end-to-end solutions on SharePoint Server 2013 that consist of powerful forms along with enterprise scale workflow and access to key business data. After completing this course, students will be able to develop commanding business applications on the SharePoint platform to interact with external data, to drive workflow, and to improve web pages. InfoPath is a powerful XML editing engine that allows end users to interface easily with data.

Microsoft InfoPath helps organizations streamline business processes by creating forms, gathering information, and structuring data. With this introductory training course, you gain the knowledge and skills to design sophisticated forms for quickly gathering information without writing code, and create InfoPath forms for seamless integration into Microsoft SharePoint.

Microsoft InfoPath was first introduced in Office 2003 as a tool that allows you to design and submit electronic forms, for the purpose of capturing and organizing standardized data.

InfoPath 2010 comes with a lot of new features, and our InfoPath 2010 classes will cover all of these features in detail. Some of the salient features include improved form controls, ready to use page and section layouts, and the ability to implement business rules in the forms.

InfoPath is a forms-creation and data-gathering tool that makes it possible for people to fill out forms in a Web browser. Without writing code, users can design sophisticated electronic forms to quickly and cost-effectively gather information. The result is streamlined business processes and improved relations with customers, partners, and suppliers.

After receiving InfoPath training, you will be able to collect and distribute information while using XML based forms. Data gathering and distribution will become so much easier once you’ve learned the fundamentals of InfoPath. The software is a great option if you are also using Microsoft SharePoint.

Microsoft InfoPath training courses teach a unique component of the Microsoft Office suite. As a tool for both designing and completing electronic forms, it provides form designers and users both with a sophisticated platform for precise data gathering and dissemination.
