Yes. Discounts are given on bulk or multiple bookings. You will be advised of any applicable discount(s) when you talk to one of our Training Advisors.
We have created three easy steps to make your course booking as seamless as possible.
When you confirm your place on a course we will issue you with an invoice. Government tax is added to the invoice and charged at the appropriate rate on all fees and charges. Payment must be received 14 days from invoice date or before the course commences, whichever is sooner.
CM Training accepts the following forms of payment:
If full payment is not received by the due date, attendance at the course will not be possible. CM Training reserves the right to levy a late payment charge calculated at the rate of 10% per month accruing daily from the date the invoice becomes due for payment. If payment is not made within the specified time period, all discounted invoices will be re-invoiced at full fee.
CM Training can accept vouchers issued by IBM, Red Hat and Oracle. Otherwise we require full payment for a course.
You may substitute nominated trainees at any time, so long as you let us know beforehand via email. Any substitute traineewill need to comply with any course prerequisites.
It is possible to cancel your course if you let us know in writing by recorded mail delivery
- 30+ working days notice: 100% refund
- 0-29 working days notice: No refund
It is possible to change the date of your course if you let us know in writing by recorded mail delivery. Charges for date changes vary depending on how soon before course commencement you make your request.
- 30+ working days notice: No charge.
- 20-29 working days notice: 50% of invoiced course fee.
- 10-19 working days notice: 75% of invoiced course fee.
- 0-9 working days notice: 100% of invoiced course fee.
Where we subsequently invoice for date changes we issue a Transfer Invoice.

Our liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if we have been advised of such potential loss.
We partner with leading national and global training providers (“third party providers”) to deliver training and also deliver directly with our own instructors, as appropriate to the client’s needs.. Our aim is to give you the most appropriate up-to-date training available within the marketplace. Once you have reserved your place on the course, we will be happy to advise you who is delivering this event.
Our own standards are high. With our commitment to delivering the highest quality training possible, we only partner with reputable training providers that are accredited to deliver training for products by world leading vendors such as IBM, HP, Oracle and Red Hat.
Yes, we aim to be pioneers in delivering world class training solutions. CM Training courses and solutions are available worldwide – international enquiries are welcome.
Yes. We can send an approved trainer to a site of your choice.
Yes. We can provide training rooms with configured PCs.
CM Training specialises in course provision. For exam bookings please contact Prometric or Pearson Vue.
Courseware can only be provided for delegates who attend a course. CM Training does not sell books or courseware separately.
