Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud based version of Office, providing much of the same functionality to end users as the desktop version.

For convenience and expediancy many businesses turn to Microsoft Publisher to design ad-hoc and professional looking in-house publications; like newsletters, brochures, posters, flyers, and email-shots. Part of the Office suite, Publisher has a familiar interface, which works to build confidence. Training can help distinguish the fundamental differences between Word and Publisher, highlighting the important tools and features that make Publisher fit for purpose. Schools, colleges, and small business can benefit greatly by having a member of staff who knows Publisher well.

Microsoft discontinued Frontpage, but many businesses still use the application to create webpages for intranets, and training is still available.

Microsoft Visio is a well-known and widely used diagramming and vector drawing software which comes with the Office suite. Visio drawings can be embedded seamlessly into Word and PowerPoint documents.

Thinking about Onsite?

If you need training for 3 or more people, you should ask us about onsite training. Putting aside the obvious location benefit, content can be customised to better meet your business objectives and more can be covered than in a public classroom. It's a cost effective option. One on one training can be delivered too, at reasonable rates.
