The Facilitation Practitioner course will span the following major areas:

• Process Models and Tools such as Feedback Model and SPO
• Task Tools such as Clustering/Linking/Out of the Box/ Yes and ?
• Models and Tools such as Data Collection, Prioritisation, Advanced Data Collection, Implementation and Planning a Facilitation Event

Participants must have completed DDLS' Facilitation Foundation course and successfully passed the Facilitation Foundation exam.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will leverage their Foundation knowledge where they learned:

• The skills and expertise required to become an effective facilitator, capable of operating in a wide variety of situations
• A structure and framework to help introduce a facilitated approach to improvement, innovation and change in an organisation
