Overview
This course provides an overview of the functionality of HCM. Additionally,it provides hands-on lab exercises exploring the fundamental principles,methodologies,and capabilities of HCM and its core components,including Operations Orchestration (OO),Cloud Service Automation (CSA),Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB),and Cloud Optimizer (CO). The hands-on labs for this course use version 2018.11 of the HCM Suite software that includes OO 2018.09,CSA 4.94,and CO 3.04 and UCMDB/UD 2018.08
